There is also a full bath & a smaller room one could use as an office or den on the first floor.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms & 1 full bath with a claw foot tub.
The master bedroom is a huge room with wooden ceiling.
The 2 other bedrooms have 1/2 cathederal ceilings & have been recently carpeted.
The basement is dry & leads out to the side yard.
We have flexability with leasing terms. We will consider a 6 month lease. The house can be rented furnished or not.
