We offer three seperate structures for Lodging.
. The Inn has wifi but no cell connection for 12 miles out.

THE ABBOTT HOUSE
Orchard Room: $156.00 per night, double occupancy, large guest room, antique double bed, orchard view, semi private bath with tub & shower.mini refrig.
North Riverview Room: $156.00 per night , double occupancy, brass bed, semi private bath with tub & shower.Mini refrig.
River Suite: $185.00 per night, double occupancy, full bed, private half-bath, woodstove, TV.
MEADOW HOUSE
2 Meadow Rooms: $164.00 per night double occupancy, cathedral ceiling, queen bed, glass door out to deck with meadow views. Semi private bath, mini refrigerator.
Meadow House Suite: $180.00 per double occupancy.
This french country inspired room has many windows, skylight, King size bed, mini refrigerator, semi private bath.
CARRIAGE HOUSE
2 Woodland View rooms: $144.00 - Queen bed, faux propane woodstove, beamed ceiling, front & back deck, mini refrigerator. Bathroom & shower facility in meadow house.
TENT & POP UP CAMPING
We are not permitted for R.V. camping
Pop ups are a permitted use.
AANR /TNS Mon. ~ Thurs $38.00 per night, Fri & Sat.Sun., 50.00 or $55.00 for just 1 night.
Non members, Mon ~ Thurs. $45.00 per night, Fri & Sat. Sun., 55.00 or $60.00 for 1 night.
Bonfires are held in a central firepit most Saturday evenings, weather permitting.
Ice & cold beverages available.
Indoor & outdoor hot showers.
Camping guests are welcome to enjoy breakfast & dinner at an additional cost.
DAY GUESTS
Guests may join us for a day pass. One may come onto the property after 10:30 a.m.

* Non - couples & singles $40.00 Families $50.00

RESERVATION POLICIES
We require a deposit to secure a reservation. Visa, Mc & Discover accepted.
* If one cancels a reservation, 3 days prior to arrival, a deposit can be held or returned.
* A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from any deposit made by credit card, if a deposit is to be returned.
* If cancelled within 3 days of arrival, a deposit is non refundable.
* If one cancels reservation within 1 week of a holiday weekend, the deposit is forfeited.
* One must have an AANR or TNS card, valid to receive the club discount.
* Abbott’s Glen sells AANR memberships if you choose to join while here or renew
* Smoking is prohibited indoors.
* No pets please.
* We do not have a license to serve alcohol. You are welcome to bring it onto the property.(B.Y.O.B.)
MEMBERSHIPS
Seasonal Summer 4 month membership $495.00
Seasonal membership with site for tent or pop up June ~ September $995.00
Year-Round Non-Camping membership $795.00. Pop-up/tent placement allowed with an additional fee.
All arrangements include a membership to AANR or renewal.

DINING
Dinner is served on Friday & Saturday evening @ 7: 30 European style.
A 9% tax will be added to your bill upon departure for lodging & meals.
Gratuity is not included in meal pricing or room rates.
